It's common to stumble over your words and notice confused facial expressions, or have people ask seemingly silly secondary questions. That’s totally normal!! The creeping idea of not being able to pitch your business, or say what you do concisely starts to linger. It's worrying! If you can't share what you do... how is anyone supposed to realize how NEEDED you are!

We've all been there! And after years and years of trying out new elevator pitches, I finally cracked the formula: You need to stop speaking like you, and speak like your clients.

Do I understand my own elevator pitch? Nope! But that's the thing. I am not my ideal client. I don't have the issue that they have, because I SOLVE the issue they have! A plumber doesn't come in to a meeting preaching about how he DOESN'T understand your plumbing issue, because he has all the solutions. No! He comes in and goes "omg, don't you HATE it when you hear running water in the middle of the night?" To be honest, he probably doesn't hate that issue as much as you, and he probably has already found the solution. But that is not the point. So I have created a Chat GPT prompt to help you create the perfect elevator pitch. It'll get the room feeling seen and heard in a new way.
